Sorry... have been having so much fun that there hasn't been any time to really sit down and write anything. The weather here in Morgantown continues to improve for the moment and people who have had to wait or had flights cancelled are slowly starting to trickle in.

   For me of course it has been 2 1/2 days of non stop fun since Wednesday night. The evening dances are the main event for me every day, but there is really dancing all day long if you have the will and the stamina to do it. There is usually a workshop during the morning as  well as a short, 2 hour, contra before lunch. Then in the afternoon there may be another workshop on some type of dancing or dancing technique followed by another 2 hour contra. After dinner there is often a concert by one of the bands, or an hour of waltzing and then the main 4 hour evening contra. For those who still haven't been up long enough, there is always a group that sits out by the fireplace after the last dance to talk, tell jokes and drink wine for a couple more hours. It's not a bad way to live if you can do it.

    So right now I just need to get on line and make a hotel reservation in Asheville for New Years Eve. After this dance is over on the 31st I head for there and spend the evening dancing to Great Bear Trio once again while the New Year is rung in. So I need to go  do 'stuff' and then get over to the afternoon dance.
